Payments
We accept all major credit cards.
Shipping
We try to ship orders as soon as we get them, usually within 1-3 working days after payment, unless specified differently under a particular listing. For example 'dyed to order' or 'club pre-order' listings can take up to 6 weeks.
We use Royal Mail and UPS, depending on the weight of an order.
We are based in the UK, which means orders within the UK should arrive within 7 working days from placing it, but very occasional (Christmas etc.) might take up to 14 days.
Orders outside the UK should arrive anytime between 5 working days and 6 weeks.
If you haven't received your order after 6 weeks please contact us.
We are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with your order or if you have changed your mind.
1. You should contact us via Contact Form no longer than 14 days after receiving your parcel.
2. Please pack unused, undamaged product either in original packaging or new packaging and include your order number and email address inside. Make sure you ask for proof of postage at your post office.
3. Once received we will refund the cost of product (not shipping costs) to the same account which was used to purchase the product.
For oversea returns, make sure you mark parcel with 'returned merchandise' to exclude import duty/tax.
